Hi,
The full time position is a 2 year rotational program where you spend time in a few roles and are eventually "placed" into one. With DB Tech, I do not believe they have any sort of rotational program, rather you are placed onto your team and that's where you stay. I'm not too interested in becoming a developer or programmer or anything, and would rather stay on the finance side, but I still thought DB tech would be a nice way to learn some tech skills that I'd be able to use later on. But at the same time, I don't want to get stuck in tech for the rest of my career. Also, I know it shouldn't be a factor yet at this point, but tech definitely pays better, however some people have told me that you "top out" much sooner compared to other roles.
